Colorado Potato Beetle Control; Asana Wettable Powder Efficacy Trial, Grand Forks, Nd, 1994
Abstract
Abstract Certified B-sized potato seed was planted at the Red River Valley Potato Growers Research farm on 20 May. Soils were of a finely textured (clay) type. Plot size was 4 rows 36 inch wide and 25 ft. in length. Treatments were arranged in a RCB design, replicated 4 times. Insecticide application were broadcast using a hand held spray and applying at 40 psi. Dry materials were preweighed, all materials were mixed at the site and applied in 20 gal total material per acre. The trial site was extremely wet during July and August. The center two rows of each plot were harvested on 14 Oct.
