CRESTED BUTTE/GUNNISON COUNTY HOUSING RESEARCH 1992 The Current Housing Situation Fully understanding the housing situation throughout the study area is a complex task. To describe to situation, comments provided through interviews of property management company personnel and persons involved in real estate lending and information from the 1990 census was used to supplement survey responses. - The table below lists some key information obtained from the 1990 census.
