Coldharbour Institute facilitates education, incubation, and demonstration of responsible personal, community and land practices. Human Resources e New Fellows are beginning to apply for fellowships. The descriptions are posted on the website. We had 12 last semester and will be paring those down to eight this coming year. e Team Meeting Schedule for the remainder of the semester. Kelley Room 103: « Team Meetings: 2/19, 3/5, 3/26, 4/2,4/16 * Professional Development: 2/26, 3/19, 4/23 " Co-mentor week (no team meeting): 3/12, 4/9, 4/23 * Looking for presentation on 4/23 around giving a compelling presentation (to prepare students for their community forum or finals) as well as an open slot on 3/19. Any ideas for this are welcome. e We continue to build a Board mentorship program to pair board members and these Fellow Partnerships. Fundraising e Year End Fundraiser - MJ and Francie are very effectively using Network for Good program to put together our appeal to include a mailer, Social Media, newsletter, and event spanning from Nov 27-Dec 31%. We brought in a net total of $1200. ¢ Grants — We continue to build our grant program. MJ is spearheading this area at the moment as she works part time from home.
