There are producing mines or proven mineral reserves. e. There is high potential for critical minerals. £. There is high potential for energy related minerals. 2. Areas not meeting any of the criteria in 1 above are allocated to wilderness. 3. Areas in the subset (No. 1 above) that also are in the top 19% of the composite wilderness attribute rating should be placed in the further planning for all options" category.
