This release archives the code base for the manuscript Worsham et al., "Abiotic influences on continuous conifer forest structure across a subalpine watershed," submitted to Remote Sensing of Environment on July 18, 2024. This archive enables reviewers to view and access analytical code "as-is", i.e., as was implemented for the reported analysis, without subsequent modification. Updates: Links in several files in the directory 'inst/notebooks/tables_figures' were refreshed to ingest source data from the public ESS-DIVE repository at doi:10.15485/2404585 after that dataset was published. A later release containing any requested revisions is expected after the review process.
