Average 2m Air Temperature Monthly Timeseries
Description
These are maps of monthly averages of daily average air temperature for the Upper Gunnison domain measured in degrees C. Estimates were derived from weather station and microclimate sensor data using Bayesian regression-kriging, incorporating topographic and vegetation structure covariates. These data were derived from daily maps, which are also available. Daily averages were estimated from daily minimums and maximums using the equation (Tmax + Tmin) / 2.<br /><br />To reduce storage space, original estimates were multiplied by 10000 and stored as integer data.
